The Elegant Jewel Box is a fully equipped workshop of skilled goldsmiths and a great team of people.
Elegant Jewel Box is a dedicated team of individuals who work passionately and cooperatively. Each team member brings a unique set of skills and expertise to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. From custom design to fast delivery, we ensure that every aspect of your order is taken care of.
We believe that jewelry has the power to bring joy to everyday life. Our mission is simple: to design pieces that are not only meant to last for years but also to be worn daily, not stored away in a closet.
Centrally located in the heart of Athens-Greece, for over 15 years, and been respected for honesty, quality and design, our on-line shop came as a normal evolution.
From creation to final polishing, we are very hands-on within the business. from the design with 3D CAD software to handpick every diamond that is set into the jewellery in order to ensure that everyone fits our standards.
We enjoy the personal approach, so feel free to ask us to modify a piece from our collection or make a bespoke creation according to your specification.
We can bring to life exactly the vision that is in your mind. From there, your bespoke creation takes shape from sketch or 3D to superior craftsmanship with exceptional quality of work.
We are proud of our work and since our start in fine jewellery, we’ve stood behind three key values: quality, simplicity, and transparency.

Custom orders
From a few hundreds of euros to some thousands our skilled team of jewellers can create anything you can imagine.
Our team consists of the highest level of creators in the custom jewellery as we have spent decades here refining the skills of our artisan jewellers.
For a better understanding of the case, you should provide any helpful design pictures of the custom jewellery you want, and desired size, specific dimensions, height, width or length.

PayPal

Recognising the importance of electronic payment security, CardLink is a licensed Payment Institution by the Bank of Greece (Decision No. 280/3 / 23-7-2018 GG B 3010 / 25-7-2018), and manages securely card payment transactions, in accordance with the regulatory framework of the card transaction security management standard. CardLinkis certified in accordance with the PCI DSS compliance standards. All CardLinkservices are made through secure connections with 256bit SSL certificates. CardLinkalso supports the ability to use the 3D Secure service, an additional security token for VISA & MasterCard. The Payer then has to enter his personal secret code to complete the transaction successfully

Initiating a Return for Exchange or Refund

Our team will respond quickly with instructions for your return or exchange.
Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges:
Contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Ship items back to us within 14 days of delivery.
Return Requirements:
The returned item should be unworn and in brand-new condition, exactly as you received it.
Processing Your Return or Exchange:
Once your return is received in our studio, our dedicated team will process your refund or confirm the exchange within 1-3 business days.
Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund or credit as long as the cancellation request is received before the product leaves our workshop.
Cancellation requests can be made by the link that is provided in the order received form
or email via email at info@elegantjewelbox.com and include the customer’s name, order number, and reason for cancellation.
If the product has already shipped or is in transit, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees and may be subject to a restocking fee. In this case, the refund or credit will be issued once the product has been received back at our warehouse and inspected.
If the product is a custom order or has already been personalized or altered in any way, it may not be eligible for cancellation or return. In such cases, the customer will be notified at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, in which case the customer will receive a full refund or credit.
